Born in Bogor in 1978, Mone Iye Cornelia Marschiavelli studied at the Marine Science Study Program of the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and earned a bachelor's degree in 2001. She then received a Bappenas and StuNed scholarship, which led her to earn a double Master's degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) majoring in Environmental Science and ITC The Netherlands majoring in Geoinformation for Spatial Planning and Risk Management (2008).
Since joining the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) in 2002, she has held various strategic roles, starting from a researcher in the Information Systems Field, Head of the Geomatics Research Program and Cooperation Section (2011-2012), Head of the Service Section at the BIG Geospatial Services and Products Center (2012-2014), to Head of the Leadership Administration Sub-Division at the Head of BIG (2014-2020).
His career continued to climb with important structural positions, including as Head of Promotion and Cooperation (2020), Coordinator of Public Relations and Cooperation (2020-2024) with the functional position of Middle Public Relations Officer, and as Acting Head of the Legal, Public Relations, and Cooperation Bureau at BIG. On February 19, 2025, he was officially inaugurated as Head of the Legal, Public Relations, and Cooperation Bureau at BIG, tasked with overseeing the management of regulations, legal advocacy, public relations, and strengthening national and international geospatial networks and collaborations.
